Terms and Conditions

  • Photographers should be always alert whenever they gets a call from vrcreative works team member.
  • The customers will be calling to the vr creative team and vr creative team member will talk to the customers and explain about the services to the customers and for quotation purpose the form will be shared to the business group of photographers(WhatsApp group)
  • once the quotation done from WhatsApp business group they should share it back to vrcreative team members with the price.
  • Vr creative team members will talk to the customers about the quotation if quotation accepted by the customer then the vr team will be deciding to which photographer the order should be allotted(Based upon on the availability and price etc.,)
  • If in case the quote is rejected by the customer then the same thing will be intimated to the photographers by vr creative team.
  • Once the photographer is assigned to the customer then the photographer should contact customer and confirm the requirements from his end.
  • The photographer should not talk about the price details with the customer, it is strictly prohibited to share the price information with the customer.
  • Once the confirmation about the requirements done from the photographer end .On the occasion day or wedding day the photographer should be available without any delay.
  • If in case, the photographer is not available or has some health problems or any other issues then he should call vrcreative team and inform or message in WhatsApp business group 2 weeks before. If we get to know that the photographer is wantedly rejecting the orders then he may not receive the order in future from vr creative team
  • Once the photography session done based upon the talk ,the album's, digital images, DVD’s, and etc.. will be taken care by the photographer. In case of any issues vr creative team is not responsible for this.
  • The photographers must communicate each and every step very clearly before he goes for the order, for any discrepancies occur in the future the photographer has to take care of that. vr creative team is not responsible for any kind of issues.
  • To register in vrcreative works the major criteria is the photographer should fill the online form like name , contact no, email address or if there is any certification in photography industry please update it. post verification of details only your registration will be confirmed. If in case we found that the details which are provided in the website are invalid or fraud or irrelevant etc., then vr creative team has the complete authority to cancel his/her registration.
  • The photographers should be available to shoot at outdoor locations at any time whenever the order is available in his account.
  • If we found that the photographer is talking about the prices with the customers then vr creative team has all the rights to remove his name from the website and WhatsApp business group .
  • If customer requested any sudden changes regarding location or camera or album changes etc., to the photographer. then photographer should immediately inform to the vr creative team. so that vr creative team will talk to the customer and confirm it once again. Late intimation is not acceptable by the photographers. vr creative team is not responsible for any issues future.
  • Order details will be shared to the photographers before you go for the order. If in case you have any problems in taking order please don't hesitate to contact vr creative team members...
  • Based upon the feedback from customers your next order will be decided.
  • Handling the multiple orders at same day, will not be entertained by the vr creative team
  • Once the order is allotted to your account you will be the completely responsible for event till it gets completed. You should not tell that I will send my assistant or any other person to shoot the event this kind of issues will not be entertained by the vrcreative team.
  • Photographer should provide the high-resolution photos and videography as requested by the client. Ex: If customer is asked for 5D camera video shoot photographer have to take a shoot using that camera only and photographer should not replace by ordinary camera.
  • Vr creative works company has the rights to use pictures of non-commercial use, primarily social media and to showcase for more business.
  • Photographer is fully responsible for the photos and videos that has been taken in the events (through Vr creative works team) It should not be misuse through any illegal sites. If this is the case Vr creative works team is not responsible for this.
  • After sharing the customer requirement form (CRF), photographer should tell one price, that price is final price. After approving the order from customer, photographer should be stick to that price. If photographer is increasing the price after approving the order means vr creative team will not be responsible for that. You should think and tell before giving the price to Vr creative team.
  • Payment will be issued to the photographers, based on the amount received from the customer.
  • The photographer should give the 40 days guaranteed delivery on albums (after the selected images sent to photographer by the customer)
  • Photographer should store the deliverables (Photos and videos etc.,) at least up to 180 days, If the customer not taken.
